Manitoba Families logoThe marketAbilities Program offers a wide range of employment-focused services to assist eligible adults with disabilities in preparing for, obtaining and maintaining employment. Case coordination and vocational counselling services are provided by the Department of Families, Regional Health Authorities and three designated agencies funded by the Department of Families (Society for Manitobans with Disabilities, Canadian National Institute for the Blind and Canadian Paraplegic Association). For eligible participants requiring little or no support in preparing a vocational plan, a Self-Directed Option is also available.
